Hello everyone!!
How September has fled by!!! Incredible!!! October will be a busy month for me. So, I intend to keep my goals simple!!!!! So here it is:

For September, my goals were:
1) Finish my share of "Heart of America" (LHN) for Jayne's Garden Theme RR. DONE!! (14 hours total)

I've hit some midpoint blues. I really need to get going on this baby stocking. I have 51/125 pieces put together (actually a bit more since I did a few out of order, but we won't count those). It's a felt applique stocking as requested, so easy to track numbers. Kind of like paint the numbers with felt, beads and sequins if you haven't done felt applique before. I thought it would be a nice thing to renew this tradition of the OATT Forum to set up goals at the beginning of each month. What is your current project? What do you intend to do during the month? New start - Papillon Creations mystery SAL

Hello fellow OAATers, I've started the new Papillon Creations mystery SAL yesterday night. It's my first time at choosing the colors for a design. As I'm not very good with colors, I was a bit afraid, but finaly, I'm quite pleased with my choice. Embroidered envelop

I've moved aside "Footprints in the sand" to stitch an envelop for a friend with whom I exchange mail art and little birthday gifts. The envelop is a "pastiche" of little designs on a Winter theme. They come from "Stitcher's World" magazine (November 2002). I stitch the envelop on Aida fabric to ensure sturdiness. I've almost complete the front side of the envelop. Haven't posted for a long while! I abandoned my attempt at a rotation and concentrated on Elizabeth Bechtel (The Essamplaire) which I finished in mid-November. No picture yet--just too busy with work, travel and Thanksgiving to get the camera out. Now I'm working on Drawn Thread's Love and Wisdom. I have a self-imposed deadline to get this to the framers by mid-December, so I will definitely be OOAT for the next two weeks. After that--who knows? I think I can finish up...

I was good at keeping to my rotation for the first few months of the year, and got a few finishes, but now i'm bogged down in SWIP's (mainly large). I enjoy working on things when i get them out, but it seems like i hardly get anything done, before it's time to switch, and there have been no finishes in my rotation for ages. In fact, i ended up starting a whole heap of small projects just to get some finishes.

Although I'm an OAATer in my heart of hearts, I'm going to give rotating another try. I have several things calling to me and I've been dabbling with a couple of different projects the past few weeks. Now that school's over for the year and I've got 9 more weeks with only one job (being a wife/mother), and only two of the three kids home at a time (except for a two week stretch from mid to late July), I'm going to get myself organized and see how a rotation goes....

A bit over 1/3 of the way done the D*mn Baby Sampler! Cheers! The nastiest part, the evil circle is done and only required frogging once. It wasn't even a lot of frogging. Hip hip hooray!
