I have an A5 page for each slot in my rotation (which is currently 13), and I keep the pile of pages on a clipboard which sits next to my stitching chair. I keep one page for my Focus Piece sitting in the clipboard 'pocket' in the front...

I am planning a rotation to start in the New Year and while I am sorting it out I started to think about organisation.

I found a software called 'Floss Minder' which seems good as you enter the floss you have and then on a different screen you enter your projects including floss required and I think it then deducts it from the floss inventory. The trouble is I don't think it is being updated now and it seems to have some floss numbers missing and I can't see a way (on the trial...

For those of you who use progress bars on your websites, or in your blogs...

How do you figure the percentage you've completed on a design?

Do you just eyeball it? Or do you actually figure the total number of stitches in the design, and then count what you've stitched?

I have my WIP/UFO list done (I think, I hope...lol) and would like to set up percentages for them.
Thanks!
<span...
