Tags : None Going to begin a daily rotation to reclaim my Stitching Mojo This is the rotation I propose, starting this Sunday: Sunday - Large Piece - Sunshine State Sampler - SAL with two friends I stitch with on Sundays Monday - Small Piece - Father's Day piece - until finished then replace with CEC Xmas Ornies Tuesday - XLarge Piece - Rainbow Borders Wednesday - Large Piece - Rose Garden Thursday - XLarge Piece - Paradigm Lost Friday - XLarge Piece - Rainbow Borders Saturday - Medium Piece - Seaside Garden - until finished then replace with CEC Xmas Ornies Post progress - however small - at least 5 times a week. Waiting in the wings: CEC Xmas Ornies - 12 Days of Xmas - 5th to12th Day 2004 Snappers - Sept to Dec Petal Fairy East Brother Lighthouse Mystery VIII Planned New Starts: Silver Lining's Pink Tulips Hearts & Flowers For the Dieter Mermaids Singing Ambitious, I know. Posts: 235 07/16/07 03:35:46 Stitch or Blog?	I'm happy to report that my stitching mojo is slowly coming back. After a week and a half of working my rotation, I've concluded it needs a little tweaking. One of the main tweaks is removing Monday's small piece slot because I can stitch during lunch at work (a first in I don't know how many years). So, I really would rather use that slot for a piece that requires more time. From now on, Monday nights I will be stitching on the Rose Garden piece, which currently is the closest to being finished of my large WIPs. Also, when I finish Seaside Cottage, the slot will not be replaced with Xmas ornies, but with Paradigm Lost. This way, each of the large WIPs I am focusing on will have two slots per week. Rainbow Borders really needs three slots a week minimum if I am going to stitch a row per week, but this is something that I am going to have to sort out. As much as I am enjoying stitching it, there are pieces I've been wanting to finish for quite some time and I really want to give them enough time to be able to finish them by the end of the year. So now I am adding a OAAT lunch sub-rotation with the following 4 pieces in order: Father's Day piece - 75% finished Five Golden Rings (CEC Xmas Ornie) September 2004 Snapper JCS 2006 Ornie - of my choosing I plan to continue to alternate between a CEC ornie, the remaining 4 2004 Snappers and a JCS ornie of my choosing until I decide to change the rotation again.
