First, I have new pictures so you can see my progress on my WIPs (none on EGS and Henry VIII, sorry) http://mywebpages.comcast.net/peter.thornton/kate/html/works.html The one thing you probably can't tell is I reached the top of Elisabeth's head! This means I can start stitching down (I'm going to try to stitch the entire top line of pages, and then step down left to right)
Second, there are 2 WIPs missing from that page, Autumn Queen and Gift of Peace. That is because they're both finished! I finished Autumn Queen in April, and Gift of Peace this month. (Sorry, no pictures of either yet. I'll get them up when they're framed/finished.) I also finished the Christmas ornaments (30 on a piece of fabric from a kit) that I've been working on forever!
Now, my concern. If you look at my WIPs, there are several that are close to finishing (within a year): Willow Fairy, Sleeping Beauty, Parrot Tulips, and EGS. EGS is already mostly on hold until I work out what the replace the alphabet with, but the others are live. I'm guessing I want one more slot reduced from my rotation (getting me to 6 projects a quarter which should give me time for small projects that I don't have now), but I am worried that I"ll finish everything at the same time and then just have a lot of new pieces and then stay with pieces in the same level of finished. So, should I start a new project next quarter?
